We are looking for experienced and driven individuals to join a high performing & motivated team, who are growing their brand within the Industrial and Engineering Sectors.
The responsibility of a Recruitment Consultant is twofold; achieving high sales activity resulting in top levels of revenue generation, whilst working within a productive team and being a representative of both the company brand and industry.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing a portfolio of Industrial & Engineering clients
Creating a contact base that results in high revenue generation
Actively source and qualify potential staff
Maintaining strong relationships by providing market intelligence
Showing accountability for performance, and adhering to company policies
Mentoring and demonstrating company values
Motivating and driving team to achieve overall goals
