Job Title: Industrial Cleaner (Site Presentation Operative)
Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (flexible start/finish between 6:00am-3:00pm)
Start date: 14 September 2026
Contract: Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
The Role
We're recruiting an Industrial Cleaner to support the overall presentation and cleanliness of a busy site in Aldridge, Walsall. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be working both indoors and outdoors, helping to keep the site clean, tidy and well presented at all times.
Key Duties
Operating a commercial ride-on floor sweeper to keep internal floors free from debris
Wiping down machinery and work areas to maintain cleanliness standards
Emptying bins and removing waste from site
Sweeping paths and external areas
Weeding and general outdoor tidying
Supporting the overall "total presentation" of the site (keeping it looking its best)
What We're Looking For
Previous industrial cleaning experience is beneficial
Experience using a ride-on floor sweeper is strongly preferred
Forklift licence would be an advantage, but not essential
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions as well as inside
Able to work on own initiative, managing tasks independently and maintaining high standards without constant supervision
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work to a consistent standard

Flexible working hours (within 6am-3pm), Monday to Friday
