Industrial Cleaner
Location: Malton
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 5:30pm
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Industrial Cleaners on behalf of a contractor carrying out a deep clean of a feed mill in Malton during a planned shutdown period.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team working in a clean, dry indoor environment with excellent on-site facilities, including a canteen and welfare areas.
The Role
Working as part of a team, you will help carry out a thorough clean of the site while production is temporarily suspended.
Duties include:
Deep cleaning industrial machinery and equipment
Cleaning production areas, walkways and access platforms
Removing dust and debris from operational areas
Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
Supporting the shutdown cleaning programme across the site
What We're Looking For
Previous industrial cleaning, labouring, manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
Comfortable carrying out physical work throughout the shift
Working at Height experience would be advantageous but is not essential
