The Role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our established and successful industrial division to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Reporting to our Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies whilst working with the team to build a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Understand your client’s recruitment requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilise your recruitment expertise to identify and seize opportunities.
Source, screen, and conduct candidate interviews.
Lead and motivate your team to achieve business and personal goals.
Mentor and coach your team and support continuous professional development.
Engage in our bespoke training programme, tailored to rapidly enhance your market knowledge.
