Full Time Apprenticeship (24 Months)
Join our dedicated Life24 team as an Independent Living Apprentice (known internally as a Life24 Apprentice) on this exciting 21-month journey! Gain invaluable experience and training while assisting our team in delivering top-quality services to our customers.

Learning time - 6hrs per week off the job learning (1 day a week) with the

The remainder of your week will be spent in the role either at our stylish Milton Keynes office (2 days minimum) or working from home once you’ve settled into the role.
What you’ll be doing
*
Assist with customer account setup, management, and correspondence.
*
Handle orders, invoices, and enquiries via phone and email.
*
Shadow Life24 Advisors and Technicians to learn visiting and technical roles.
*
Carry out data checking and update digital noticeboards.
*
Refer customers to internal and external services.
*
Support Activity Days and understand Partnership Forums.
*
Raise safeguarding referrals and assist with audits.
*
Engage in repair reporting and payment support.
*
Learn equipment installation, deinstallation, and stock management.
*
Record customer interactions on business systems.

What we’re looking for

Good written English and Mathematics.

Confident with basic IT – Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive.

Empathetic and a passion for helping others.

Willingness to learn and take on feedback.

Ability to travel with a full UK driving licence.

DBS clearance (we’ll provide this check)
No prior experience is needed for this role, just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping others
You’ll need to have GCSE grade A-C or 4-9 points in both English and Maths. If you don’t have this don’t worry, we will support you to complete Level 2 English and Maths prior to your end-point assessment
