We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a reputable financial services team based in Lincoln. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with longstanding clients while actively building and expanding your own portfolio. If you have a passion for financial planning, exceptional business development skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch client service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: While there may be some clients available for reallocation, we are looking for an individual with strong business development skills to actively build and grow their caseload.
* Client Servicing: Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in areas such as Investments, Pensions, Protection, and Equity Release.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues to generate leads and support your business growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a Financial Adviser with a successful track record in business development.
* Excellent knowledge of Investments, Pensions, Protection, and Equity Release.
