Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser
Are you a talented and experienced financial adviser looking for a unique opportunity during a period of transition? We invite you to consider joining our partner, a forward-thinking company that is currently undergoing significant changes. The director has outlined an exciting path that could lead to a rewarding and prosperous career for the right adviser.
About Us:
* The firm are in in the midst of a transition and are actively seeking advisers with transferable Funds Under Management (FUM) who can play a pivotal role in this process.
* Fully independent proposition for clients
* During the initial two years, you will work as a self-employed financial adviser, then moving to employed
* Potential for buyout of your client bank
* You will gain access to full back-office support and have the opportunity to take on clients from advisers who are retiring / departing
Compensation Structure:
* We offer a competitive 70/30 split, which increases with revenue to an attractive 80/20 split.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A strong background in financial advising.
* Transferable Funds Under Management (FUM) that can contribute to the transition.
* A commitment to providing exceptional financial advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
* An eagerness to embrace and adapt to the changes and opportunities presented
