What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting existing customers during contract renewals
* Understanding customer needs through conversation and active listening
* Recommending suitable products and services to enhance the customer experience
* Handling inbound and outbound calls using leads generated by service teams
* Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

Pay & Rewards
* Salary: £26,520 per annum
* Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus (average £500–£1,000 per month)
* Location: Maysfield Office, Belfast BT1 3NR
(Centrally located near Lanyon Place Station)
