Yolk Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading travel insurance company to recruit for Sales Advisors in Cardiff. We are looking for candidates with customer facing or sales experience, you will be working in a fast-paced inbound contact centre environment.

Your responsibilities as an Inbound Sales Advisor

As a sales Advisor you will be managing inbound calls selling travel insurance to our niche market customers.

Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
To achieve personal sales and performance targets
To Identify customers' needs and upsell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
To manage sensitive data accordingly
To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business - managing your own pipeline at all times
Providing customer with fantastic customer service

Your skills/ experience as an Inbound Sales Executive

Experience in sales or customer facing roles.
Target driven
Experience in a regulated industry is ideal but not essential
Ability to discuss sensitive topics.
Professional telephone manner is essential.
Brilliant communication skills
