Inbound Marketing Manager

Office-based at our High Wycombe head office

Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours

25 days annual leave (plus your birthday off), hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers in the UK and across Europe. The Inbound Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and driving organic traffic, increasing lead generation, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. You will be part of the European marketing team whilst having local UK marketing management responsibilities. Some more brief responsibilities of an Inbound Marketing Manager are:

* Inbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies inline with the Europe TDS inbound sector marketing plans ensuring that processes are aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.

* Sector Marketing Leadership: Take ownership for the sector assigned to you. Research your market sector to understand customer needs and work closely with European Commercial Leaders to develop a sector marketing plan.

* Content Creation and Optimisation: Oversee the creation and optimisation of engaging and relevant content across various channels, such as blogs, whitepapers, e-books, infographics, videos, and social media. The Inbound Marketing manager is responsible for managing content for their assigned sector, ensuring that all content created is high-quality, relevant and engaging.

* Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.

* Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop lead generation campaigns and tactics to attract and convert visitors into leads. Implement effective landing pages and lead capture forms.

* Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing workflows and email automation, to cultivate leads and improve customer retention.

* Social Media Management: Working with the PR & Social Team, manage the company's social media presence, engaging with the audience, and using social media channels for lead generation and brand awareness.

* Marketing Automation: Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring.

* Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the wider Europe TDS Inbound team, PR & social team, digital team, sector sales teams, HQ Marketing and Comms team, agency’s and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and accuracy of marketing initiatives.

* Event Marketing: Participate in industry events, conferences, or webinars to showcase our expertise and build brand awareness.

General requirements for the role:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), or relevant marketing/business experience

* Strategic thinker: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

* Inbound Marketing Expertise: A understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing.

* Analytics and Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

* Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems, and various analytics tools to measure campaign performance and effectiveness.

* Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and devise innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand from competitors.

* Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives, set deadlines, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with the target audience through various channels.

* Previous Experience: Relevant work experience as an Inbound Marketer or in a similar role is preferred, showcasing a proven track record of successful inbound marketing campaigns and lead generation.
