As an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their banking needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding to incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Providing accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Assisting customers with account-related questions and transactions.
Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
