In-Store Fulfilment Operative
Salary: £13.00 per hour (rising to £14.80/hr after successful probation period)
Location: Central London
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (includes weekend rotations)

Join the team behind one of the world's most iconic retail spaces. We are hiring In-Store Fulfilment Operatives to drive our e-commerce and click-and-collect operations. Working across both back-of-house areas and our dynamic sales floors, you will play a vital role in connecting online customers with luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment: Efficiently locate, pick, and process customer orders across retail store departments and backroom stock areas.

Luxury Standards & Packaging: Carefully pack and prepare products for dispatch, ensuring high presentation standards for high-value merchandise.
*
Technology & Scanning: Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems (WMS) to track, pick, and transfer stock accurately.
*
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to confirm item specifications, condition, and accuracy before final packing.
*
Stock & Inventory Support: Assist with stock intake, store replenishment, and managing stock movements between backroom hubs and shop floors.
*
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with store teams, digital trade, and logistics to hit tight daily SLAs and dispatch deadlines.
What We Are Looking For

Location & Commute: Ability to reliably travel to Central London (Oxford Street) for early or late shifts.
*
Systems Experience: Experience using handheld scanners, retail stock systems, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
*
Physical Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet, walking long distances across the store, and handling physical stock throughout your shift.
*
Attention to Detail: Pride in handling luxury products with care and delivering accurate order processing.
*
Flexibility: Available to work 5 out of 7 days per week on a rotating pattern, including weekend shifts.
*
Shift Availability: Full flexibility across standard operational shifts (08:00–16:30 | 11:00–19:30 | 12:30–22:00).
