Location: Hybrid/Andover - 2 days week on site to start then 1 day a week

Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for a In Service Engineer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IN SERVICE ENGINEER

* Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.

* Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articulates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.

* Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.

* Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise.

* Review the ECOSYSTEM being developed by Field Army IX Programme.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE IN SERVICE ENGINEER

* How the Army and DE&S are constructed and function

* The existing A&RP Evolve methodology.

* How the Army trains

* Current Systems including JAMES, CHURCHILL and the EASM(H) tool.

* Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent) / Engineering background/Military background

* Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) con-sider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.

* Needs to understands the Army collective training Model
