Role: In Service Engineer
Contracting Authority: Public Sector
Contract Length: Until 31/03/2025
Location: Hybrid - 2 days A week to start then 1 day a week in Andover
IR35: Inside IR35
Pay Rate to Candidate: £681.74 Umbrella
Clearance: Active SC Clearance
Minimum Requirement:
* Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent) / Engineering background/Military background
* Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) con-sider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.
* Needs to understand the Army collective training Model
* Understand how the Army are constructed and function
* Understand the existing A&RP Evolve methodology.
* Understand how the Army trains
* Understand current Systems including JAMES, CHURCHILL and the EASM(H) tool.
Summary of role:
* Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.
* Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articulates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.
* Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.
* Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise
