In-House Tax Accountant – Manchester - £55,000 + Benefits – Hybrid role / Virtually remote role

Our client is a large services provider based in Manchester and we are seeking a Tax Accountant to work with a talented Group Tax Manager.

This is a new and exciting post and will help shape the way tax is delivered to the group and play a pivotal part in the growth of the business.

The Role :

Prepare tax computations

Co-ordinate the tax planning process

Liaise with the external advisors

Prepare VAT returns

Ensure payments are made in respect of all taxes

Support the Tax Manager for annual external audit process

Forecasting for all tax aspects in terms of liabilities and cash flows

The Person :

The client is very open on the right person but you must have proven experience of working in a tax related role and be either qualified or working towards a qualification. It is essential you can work to agreed deadlines, be a natural team player and have excellent communication and IT skills
