Description:

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a leading engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an IMS Compliance Officer to join their QHSE team in Wolverton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality or compliance professional looking to play a key role in maintaining integrated management systems while supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Reporting to the Head of QHSE, you'll be responsible for maintaining ISO management systems, coordinating audits, managing supplier corrective actions and warranty claims, and ensuring the business remains compliant with quality, environmental and health & safety standards.

As the IMS Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
Planning and carrying out internal audits while supporting external certification audits.
Updating and controlling Management System documentation and ensuring document control compliance.
Coordinating the calibration of tools and maintaining calibration records.
Managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) from issue through to closure.
Coordinating customer warranty claims and quality issues, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining NCRs, warranty logs and other QHSE records.
Monitoring KPI data and identifying trends to support continuous improvement.
Working closely with operational teams to improve processes and ensure compliance across the business.We're looking for someone who has:

Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
An ISO Internal Auditor qualification (Lead Auditor desirable but not essential).
At least three years' experience within Quality, Compliance or a similar engineering environment.
Experience managing customer complaints, supplier quality issues or warranty claims.
Knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
