We are seeking an Imports Administrator paying £13.00 p/h working a part-time 20-hour week, at a market-leading international manufacturing organisation, based at its Head Office in Binley, Coventry.

Imports Administrator Overview:
Hours: Weekdays: Mon - Fri: 20 hour week, working hours negotiable
Pay: £13 p/h paid weekly
Imports Administrator Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Administrating the imports and exports process, including:
- Liaising with custom brokers and freight companies
- Updating costs in SAP ERP system
- Resolving invoice queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Organising quality inspections.
Imports Administrator Experience / Qualifications:
- Good MS Office skills;
- Hands-on, keen attitude to learning;
- Knowledge on freight would be desirable, but not essential.
In return, the Imports Administrator will receive:
- Weekly pay at £13 p/h
- 20 hours a week = £260 per week
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
