My high-profile client are recruiting for an Implementation Advisor. The role is a Hybrid position on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours. The role is 12 months working normal hours.
Description:
The Implementation Advisor covers EMEA region onboardings and treasury solution implementation for Global Commercial Banking clients, who have chosen the bank for their treasury & cash management products and services. The Implementation Advisor is responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience, building trust and effective working relationships with clients whilst meeting the requirements of our Compliance and Operations business partners.
The main responsibilities are:
* You will implement treasury products and solutions for clients.
* You will take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects.
* You will conduct research using various bank systems and liaising with internal business partners to enable thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries.
* You will respond to enquiries received from clients and Sales partners.
* You will resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience
We are looking for a highly organised individual who can manage complex projects. You will possess excellent customer service skills with excellent oral and written communication skills. A key requirement is to be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment whilst effectively building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
