Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their highly friendly team.

Duties

* Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to client portfolios and financial planning activities.

* Analyse data to support financial advisers in creating tailored advice for clients.

* Manage client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

* Assist with the organisation of meetings, appointments, and client correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.

* Support the preparation of financial documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and requests.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

* Maintain a high level of organisation across all administrative functions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Skills

* Proven experience in report writing and analysis within a financial services environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
