EXPERIENCED IFA ADMINISTRATOR
CHEADLE, CHESHIRE
£28, 000 - £31, 000PA + BENEFITS
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced IFA / Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. Please note IFA Admin experience is essential, candidates without experience will not be considered.
IFA ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES
-Carrying out general administrative duties for the team
- Drafting letters to clients and product providers
- Liaising with clients and third parties
ADVISER REMUNERATION ADMINISTRATION
-Matching Adviser remuneration income matching with support
- Collating and storing statements
- Investigating discrepancies
- Liaising with providers and internal depts to resolve queries
CLIENT & PROVIDER SUPPORT
-Managing the Letter of Authority (LOA) process
- Chasing providers for outstanding information
-Forwarding completed information to Advisers
- Assist with new business processing and onboarding
- Conducting ID checks, updating new business registers
COMPLIANCE
- Assist with compliance monitoring
- Liaise with external partners
- GDPR
IFA ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS
- Proven IFA Administrator experience this is essential
- An understanding of FCA compliance
- Experience of LOAs - Letter of Authority
- You must live within a sensible commuting distance of Cheadle, Cheshire
