Job Title: Fee Reconciliation & New Business Administrator

Location: Deal

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata for part-time)

Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

* Processing incoming new business

* Providing general administration support for the Adviser Team.

* Routine maintenance of databases.

* Participation in strategic project work.

* Handling general telephone & email enquiries.

* Liaising with clients.

What is Needed to Be Considered for this Role:

* Experience in a financial services or wealth management environment.

* Experience with the Intelligent Office System (IO).

* Familiarity with FCA principles.

* Handling client sensitive information within Data Protection Act requirements.

* Attention to detail and passion for precision.

* Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and agility.

* Persistence and commitment to completion.

* Quick learning and understanding.

* Extensive office administration experience.

* Ability to identify & prioritise tasks to meet required timescales.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.

* Accurate maintenance of databases & spreadsheets.
