Position: Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Basingstoke (2-3 days per week)
Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect for a 12-month contract, working on a critical project for the UK Ministry of Defence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain robust Identity and Access Management solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
Develop and enforce IDAM policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
Troubleshoot and resolve IDAM-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IDAM technologies.Requirements:
Proven experience as an IDAM Architect, preferably in a government or defence environment.
Strong understanding of IDAM principles, frameworks, and technologies.
Experience with IDAM solutions such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IDAM.What We Offer:
