We're on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced ITU Sister/Charge Nurse to join our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ITU) at a private hospital in Birmingham. This full-time role comes with a generous salary of up to £50,000 and a fantastic benefits package. Plus, there's a £3,000 welcome bonus if you've completed a 60 credit postgraduate critical care course. As an ITU Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Leading your team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care.
Acting as a role model for our values, ensuring all your patients' physical and emotional needs are met.
Using your expert leadership skills to coach, mentor and engage with your team.
Leading the unit in the absence of the ICU Lead.
Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff to help them progress.Package and Benefits:

Be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Have completed a post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits).
