We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a state-of-the-art ICU facility with a private hospital, based in London. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £51,000 along with outstanding benefits. You'll be working in the UK’s largest private critical care unit, equipped with the latest technology to give specialist care to level 2 and 3 patients. As the ITU Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Directing the department and supporting the Intensive Care Matron.
Overseeing and mentoring team members within the clinical area.
Supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical direction.
Managing the budget and ensuring patient safety and an exceptional patient experience within the unit.

A registered general nursing qualification combined with a post-graduate degree.
A qualification in Intensive Care.
Previous team Management and development experience.
