ICT Project Manager

Permanent | Hybrid, Remote, Onsite Glasgow

The role:

We are seeking a ICT Project Manager to join our team; you will and work closely the demand manager and supporting other supervisors This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar position.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with and support all areas of ICT in the production of functional specifications and other dependent

The project manager will ensure that the technology projects and workstream within EPF deliver outputs and solutions.

Effectively apply programmes and project governance. Digital division standards and procedures.

Manage a range of technology enabled projects commissioned wit in the EPF, ensuring that projects are appropriately scoped.

Produce and review teams members the projects products and deliverables to ensure we will meet the agreed scope and requirements for business change

Work collaboratively with the DD skills demand manager and other DD managers/ supervisors in identify the resource requirements and assign and delegate to the correct manager.

Identity, manage and mitigate technology project risks and dependencies to minimise exposure and impact to ensure successful delivery of the project

Skills & Experience:

List specific tools, technologies, or platforms (e.g., Angular, AWS, Python, Figma).

Management of Technology Risk Registers

Planning & coordination of all documents for all project activities relating to technology

Coordinate of production of all DD change advisory boards

Coordinate of DPIA development

Support the change PPM in developing Business Cases
