ICT Officer
Job type: Temporary
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
NXT is proud to be working in partnership with a successful small independent provider for affordable homes in North Cumbria managing approximately 2,000 homes.
As an ICT Officer you will be required to support the whole business with day to day IT issues as well as working with the IT Manager on projects.
Key duties will include:
* To assist the ICT Manager in providing technical support and maintenance on ICT systems to end users to ensure they main the most value out of the systems in place
* To assist the ICT Manager and Business Partners with the implementation of ICT projects inline with the business strategy
* Creating accurate data reports and dashboards using appropriate software
* Ensuring adequate policies and controls are in place to mitigate and issues whilst ensuring legal and statutory compliance
* Always providing a positive image to customers, stakeholders and any other relevant outside bodies
* Undertake any necessary on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge
Skills and Experience:
* Experience of working in an ICT support function for at least a year
* Working with business intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects and SSRS
* Experience of using SQL reporting
* Orchard and Open Accounts experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
* Requires full driving licence and access to a car
