A meat manufacturer in the Derbyshire area is looking for a Hygiene Team Leader to oversee the food safety and hygiene overnight from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of Hygiene Operatives
* Conducting investigations
* Staff development, training, probations and on-boarding
* Validating CIC's
* Assisting in the preparation for various types of audits
What you will need:
* At least Level 2 food hygiene qualification
* Previous experience supervising a Hygiene team
* Previously worked in the food industry
* COSHH experience
