Hydraulic Technician

Our client is a leading supplier of safety and process control systems to the oil & gas, petrochemical industry globally. This role is to be based at their Wymondham manufacturing site, near Norwich.

Due to continued success in winning major orders they are looking for hydraulic technicians to work at their Wymondham facility on a contract basis.

The work involves installing instrument tubing into control panel skids for offshore applications. You will be workshop based, bending tubing, fitting ferrules, connecting tubing etc. as per engineering drawings.

Person Specification:

You must have previous experience of instrument pipefitting (2mm – 6mm diameter stainless steel tubing) on control panels in a workshop environment and be able to work unsupervised from engineering drawings. You will also have undertaken Swagelok training.

This is a temporary/contract role for an experienced Hydraulic Technician/Instrument Pipefitter.
