HWRC Site Operative (Weekend Role)
Location:
Primarily based at Anchor Lane Household Waste Recycling Centre, Lanesfield, Bilston, WV14 9NE, with flexibility required to work at Shaw Road Household Waste Recycling Centre, Wolverhampton, WV10 9LE when needed.
Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour
Hours: Saturday & Sunday
07:45 AM - 04:15 PM

About the Role
We are looking for two reliable and customer-focused HWRC Site Operatives to join our team at our Household Waste Recycling Centres. This is a hands-on role where you will assist members of the public with recycling and waste disposal while ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and operational.
Working outdoors in all weather conditions, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the site and will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a friendly, helpful, and professional service to members of the public.
Assisting customers with loading and unloading items from cars and vans.
Directing customers to the correct recycling and waste disposal areas.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the site.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
Supporting site operations as required.
Travelling between Anchor Lane and Shaw Road sites when necessary.
