Position: HVAC Sales Manager
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £50,000 - 60,000
Our client is a well-established HVAC Contractor with over 30 years of experience and operating in the commercial sector. The business specialises in Projects from concept and design through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing service support.
As part of continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and expand existing accounts and develop new business.
The role of the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new project opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
The company operates across various specialist cooling systems such as; Plant and Commercial Radiators, Generator Cooling Systems, Industrial Coolers. AHUs, Calorifiers / Shell and tube heat exchangers and Plate Heat Exchangers
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a sales management role within the refrigeration & HVAC industry
Demonstrable track record of developing and winning sales opportunities across commercial sectors
Strong technical understanding of industrial and commercial refrigeration/HVAC systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
Commercially astute with strong contract and margin awareness
Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
£50-60k per annum based on experience
