Description:

Our client is a new FM Service Provider, and they are already making waves in the capital. They are currently looking to hire a proven HVAC Maintenance Engineer to be foot mobile in Central London.

As the HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you must have a proven track record in maintaining and troubleshooting LTHW and CHW systems. In addition, you will work on fan coil units, air handling units, carry out PPMs and understand BMS and Chillers.

The successful HVAC Maintenance Engineer will cover a portfolio of modern and trendy office space across central London. You will be provided with all tools and equipment to do the role.

Our client is offering:

* £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
