HVAC Engineer - Witham
Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: Witham, Essex
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Duration: Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to work on a site in Witham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a full review of the site's air conditioning systems, updating the F-Gas register, and providing a detailed report on findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain the site's F-Gas register.
Survey and assess existing AC and HVAC systems across the site.
Identify equipment types, capacities, locations, and condition.
Ensure compliance with current F-Gas regulations.
Produce clear reports detailing findings, asset information, defects, and recommendations.
Liaise with site management regarding any issues identified.
Requirements
Valid F-Gas Certification.
Proven experience working on commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems.
Strong knowledge of current F-Gas legislation and compliance requirements.
Ability to carry out asset surveys and produce professional reports.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Relevant HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
