Overview
We are seeking a skilled Duct Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair, with a focus on building and maintaining systems such as air conditioning. This role requires an individual who can read and interpret schematics, ensuring that all installations and repairs meet industry standards. Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from schematics to assemble and install various mechanical systems.
* Conduct repairs on equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.
* Build and maintain air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Provide leadership and training to junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and quality workmanship.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and installations.

Experience
* Proven experience as a Duct Fitter or in a similar role within the mechanical field.
