Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £30k - £48k + Training & Benefits
Due to continued company growth, our client is recruiting for a hardworking HVAC Commissioning Engineer to cover new and existing client contracts. You will be covering predominantly healthcare and industrial premises, ensuring critical ventilation systems remain compliant and functional. We are seeking someone who is flexible to travel in line with company needs, who can operate independently on site, therefore strong industry experience is essential. You will be joining a multi-faceted building services company who have a busy client portfolio. For the successful candidate, you can expect competitive salaries and benefits.

Experience / Qualifications:
* Good experience as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
* Ideally will hold CSA grades
* Fully conversant in CIBSE and HTM 0301 guidelines
* Able to work independently and within teams
* Hardworking attitude
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
* Carrying out balancing of water / air systems, including AHU, supply/extract, closed/heated chilled and MVHR
* Commissioning of critical air ventilation systems within operating theatres and clinical environments
* Performing testing to ensure systems are fully functional
* Producing detailed technical reports
* Leading engineers and delegating projects / tasks
* Adhering to safety guidelines
* Fault-finding on site and making appropriate recommendations for remedial works
* Interpreting technical drawings
* Witnessing works
* Meeting with clients to provide detailed technical advice and answer any queries
