Senior Contracts Manager – HV/LV Projects
Glasgow & Central Scotland
Senior Leadership Role + P&L Ownership + Established Engineering Business
We’re working with an established electrical engineering business looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead HV/LV project delivery from their Hamilton office.
This is a senior role covering project performance, team leadership, commercial delivery, client relationships & business growth.
You’ll take ownership of HV & LV project profit centres, managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control & contract performance, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably & right first time.
The Role:
Managing & developing HV/LV project teams
Owning project P&L, budgets, forecasting & cash flow
Driving profitability, cost control & operational performance
Managing contracts, project scope, resources & delivery standards
Building client relationships & identifying new business opportunities
Supporting quotations, tenders & future pipeline growth
Ensuring compliance with HV/LV safety rules, quality & H&S standards
What We’re Looking For:
HV/LV electrical engineering services background
Contracts, operations or project management experience
Strong commercial acumen across P&L & budgets
Proven team leadership experience
Ability to manage clients, tenders & project delivery
SMSTS or Health & Safety for Managers preferred
5+ years in a management role within engineering
A senior role with real influence across commercial performance, project delivery, client growth & team development within an established HV/LV engineering business
