£43,000 to £50,000pa d.o.e, NN17 1QE, 35 days holiday, Mon to Fri 8.30am till 5pm, Private Health Care, Pension, Employee Discount Scheme, Work from home one day a week, Free Parking

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen, at a UK head quarters of a market leading global brand to join them as a HR Manager, you will be providing generalist, transactional HR support across the site to the management and leadership team:

Over seeing and managing operational HR activity for all employees (circa 100mixture of commercial, operational and support function), who are both site & field based through out the UK & ROI
Monthly payroll preparation and processing, including pension administration, and managing bonus payments and benefit schemes
Project managing any new benefit schemes from cradle to grave, presenting to board highlights of scheme for employees, financial cost to the business and once passed, implementing to operation
Liaising daily with management and leadership teams in relation to any HR related requirements, including workforce budgets (managing expectations), assisting with maintaining excellent employee relations within teams, and acting as a supportive sounding board in relation to HR when needed
Attending bi-weekly senior management meeting, ensuring all HR KPI's including FTE, turnover and time & attendances are achieved and reported/conveyed accurately and effectivelyWe would expect the HR Manager to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR legal regulations and HR operational practices, be an excellent communicator and have a professional, support, proactive/positive manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the companies processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked with Human Resources Management or a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner (minimum of 3 years experience within a generalist role) from a operational background who are ready to progress into their first role within HR Management. The ideal candidate with be qualified to CIPD level 5 or qualified by experienced.

You will be joining the Corby based UK HR office, as well as visiting their Hertfordshire site twice monthly, the global organisation has been established for over 40 years, and has an enviable reputation within their field. This is an exciting site stand alone HR role, reporting directly into the VP HR Commercial who is based overseas, the role offers variety on a daily basis.
