Job Title: Group Human Resources Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 pa
Location: St Albans / Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience within people & culture / human resources.
Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organised.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the recruitment process, including collating job descriptions, reviewing candidates CVs, arranging and conducting interviews.
Implementing effective onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring they are onboarded smoothly into the business.
Handling any ER issues, conflicts and grievances, ensuring to maintain a positive workplace.
Work alongside department heads to set goals, provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
Designing and delivering training programmes throughout the business.
Organising employee engagement initiatives, sending surveys and feedback forms to understand employee needs or concerns.
Promoting DEI within the business and creating a culture of fairness and respect.
Ensuring the business is adhering to employment laws and regulations and staying up to date with changes.
Managing the HR database, maintaining employee records and generating reports.
Work alongside the senior management team to develop HR strategies aligned with businesses goals.
