Human Resources Manager 45K
* Responsible recruitment, employee relations, development, performance management, compliance and health and safety.
* General administration.
Duties and responsibilities
* Disciplinaries and grievances.
* Redundancies and settlement agreements.
* Succession planning and talent management.
* Training
* Recruitment
* Onboarding and induction for new starters.
* Liaising with payroll and the finance team.
* Hiring apprentices and point of contact for the apprenticeship provider.
* Maintaining company handbook and ensuring HR policies in line with current legislation.
* Reviewing and reporting accidents, risk assessments.
* Providing HR advice to managers.
* Monitoring and reporting on sickness absence and lateness.
* Liaising with the occupational health provider.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* 5 years as a HR manager in a manufacturing company
* Level 5 CIPD
