Human Resources Business Partner
We are currently representing a market leading main contactor that have a fantastic track record within the construction industry.
They are seeking an experienced and progressive HR Business Partner who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR support services.
The role will be office based in Central London
Main Responsibilities;

* Business Area Policy Implementation
* Recruitment and Selection
* Business Advice and Support
* HR/Business Process Improvement
* Employee Relations
The Ideal Candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, ideally gained in the construction industry.
You should also have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ideally CIPD to level 3 or above
