HR Business Partner
£44,000 to £48,000 per annum

Reporting to: Head of Human Resources
Burman are supporting a key client to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner on a full time and permanent basis. Please apply below if of interest :)
Main Duties
* Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies.
* Review and enhance organisational structures and processes.
* Assist in workforce planning and ensure effective recruitment and retention.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, organisational change, and policy interpretation.
* Lead HR service improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date legal knowledge.
* Manage HR Advisers and oversee their casework.
* Advise on complex cases and ensure compliance with employment laws.
* Support senior managers with training, coaching, and development.
* Contribute to HR department initiatives and projects.
Personal Specifications
Essential:
* Level 7 CIPD Qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and project management
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR information systems
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff
Desirable:
* Experience in a unionized environment
* Knowledge of tribunal processes and UKVI rules
