Job Description:

HubSpot CRM Manager

Location: Peterborough
Salary: £50,000
Contract: Full‑Time, Office‑Based

Trade Mastermind is one of the UK’s fastest‑growing business education and coaching companies for the construction industry. Founded in 2020 by BBC The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente, we help ambitious trade business owners scale from working on the tools to building seven‑figure businesses and beyond.

To date, we have trained over 5,000 trade business owners nationwide, with clients achieving an average of 370% growth in their first year. We are expanding nationally, launching multiple new programmes, and investing heavily in digital transformation, including the opening of a 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University HQ in 2026.

As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of our CRM environment and ensure our systems, data, and reporting support a scalable and high‑performing revenue engine.

This is a strategically important role requiring strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimising HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance, ensuring data integrity, automation accuracy, and reliable insight at leadership level.

You will own CRM architecture, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, permissions, and governance standards. You will lead process design and documentation, optimise cross‑department workflows, and implement automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk. A core part of the role will involve lead management, data cleansing, enrichment, routing, scoring, and the creation of accurate dashboards and reports covering funnel performance, conversion, forecasting, and lifecycle metrics.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will align CRM structure with commercial strategy, support accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, and provide data‑driven insights to support growth decisions. You will also act as the internal HubSpot subject‑matter expert, delivering training, enforcing best practices, and continuously improving the platform as the business scales.

This role is suited to a HubSpot specialist with demonstrable experience operating in a fast‑growth or scale‑up environment. You should be highly analytical, process‑driven, and confident in translating complex business requirements into structured, scalable systems. Experience within SaaS, education, coaching, or service‑based businesses is highly advantageous. Formal certifications are welcome, but proven capability, judgment, and results are more important.

* Competitive salary of £50,000

* Opportunity to work within a high‑performance, founder‑led organisation

* Company pension scheme

* Regular company events and team activities

* Free on‑site parking

* Access to a pool table and social breakout area within the office
