* Have experience working within schools.
* Follow planning and take lessons.
* Be confident with the curriculum.
* Hold a relevant qualification for HLTA.
* Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
* Have the ability to think on your feet.
* Good timekeeping skills.

I am Max and I have been working with schools for over 9 years now. I have built up a great reputation with the schools and candidates I work with and am always available to offer support, guidance and advice when needed.
I am also a qualified Teacher so I understand the importance of offering quality staff in schools.
This is day to day work with the possibility of longer term roles if this is of interest.
