Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSEQ Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and collaborating closely with the manufacturing management team, the HSEQ Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.

* Lead and oversee all aspects of health, safety, environmental, and quality management, including risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

* Provide expert guidance and support to manufacturing operations, ensuring safe practices and environmental sustainability.

* Manage COMAH compliance, including reporting and emergency response procedures.

* Drive a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement through effective communication and training programs.

* Collaborate with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.

* Lead and support change management initiatives, promoting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; environmental master's degree preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical or chemical manufacturing industry.

* Strong knowledge and experience with wastewater byproducts and environmental management.

* Demonstrated experience with COMAH regulations and reporting requirements.

* Proficiency with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 standards, and NEBOSH certification.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.

* Proven ability to drive change and implement best practices effectively
