HR/OD Analyst

I am currently working with a Consultancy Client on an exciting HR/ OD Analyst Opportunity. 

To be considered for this role, you must have

A strong background in people data analysis – not operational or financial but someone from a HR background
Strong understanding of data objectives from a strategy perspective.
Background in Org Design or Org Effectiveness – being part of a programme that has delivered in this space.
Experience in Eliciting requirements from a range of sources.     
Background in Client Facing work.                  Key responsibilities include:

Create, process and maintain data sets, perform organisational analysis, develop insight from diverse information sets, enable evidence-based decision-making and facilitate the effective operation of the project
Identify, specify, source and collate information sources needed to analyse the current state organisation. This may include headcount, cost and/or business performance data
Process and maintain data, actively managing data sets to ensure they remain accurate and current. Compare and integrate multiple data sources
