HR Systems and Data Manager (Fixed Term Contract) - Lupton

Hybrid working model (mainly home based with occasional trips to the office)

As the HR Systems and Data Manager, you will engage with key stakeholders across their organisation, providing advice and analysis on various aspects of the full employee life cycle. Your expertise will help them be proactive, innovative, and compliant. You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of their HR systems and data, supporting informed decision-making and their growth strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within their HRIS system
Manage day-to-day HRIS operations and provide support to key users
Update the HRIS for mass data uploads, including pay reviews and expansion activities
Analyse data and systems to support acquisitions and associated people activities
Support ad hoc projects, such as staff surveys and flexible benefits programmesBenefits:

Proven experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, as an admin user
Ability to create and design reports using HRIS and other HR systems, such as reward and recognition platforms and employee survey platforms
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends, and make informed recommendations
Experience in implementing new systems and system updates
Advanced Excel skills, including macros, v-lookups, and pivot tables
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentThis role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
