Description:

With multiple sites across the group, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the leading retail and food service customers. 

The role;

Monitor effective processes and controls ensuring smooth running of the Company’s various schemes
Maintain a good working knowledge of company systems and processes
Support with market research and analysis to asses competitiveness and identify key areas for improvement 
Support and facilitate all key internal stakeholders
Foster effective employee engagement and communication across the business

Your experience;

Ideally you will have gained experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment (however other sectors will be considered)
Experience in developing and reviewing schemes
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level.
Experience gained working with SAP would be advantageous
