HR Specialist with Recruitment Experience
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for recruitment? Are you ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic team? Due to increased workload, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Specialist to provide essential support to a HR team.
Location: Wigton
Type: Part-time or Full-time (3-6 months)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay rate: £13.50 - £16.50ph (dependent on experience)

Their HR team is pivotal in ensuring they attract, retain, and develop top talent. As they navigate a busy period, they need an additional HR Specialist to join them and help manage their recruitment efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Provide general HR support as needed, contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
