Description:

Anderson Knight is recruiting an HR Projects Partner to support an organisation through a number of important people-focused initiatives. This position would suit either a reward specialist or a generalist HR professional with project experience and an interest in reward, systems and process improvement.

The organisation has several key projects already well underway and requires someone who can take ownership of delivery, coordinate stakeholders and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of HR and reward-related projects.
• Drive the implementation of pay transparency initiatives, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and internal frameworks.
• Support the transition to the payrolling of benefits in kind, working closely with Payroll, HR and external providers.
• Coordinate the digitisation and administration of a long-term incentive plan through existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor project milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Support annual salary review and compensation processes.
• Assist with reward data analysis, reporting and project documentation.
• Review and improve HR processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact across HR, Finance and external partners throughout project delivery.

About You

• HR generalist or reward background with experience delivering projects or change initiatives.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data and producing reports and insights.
• Experience within reward, compensation, benefits, payroll or HR operations would be advantageous.
• Understanding of employment legislation and pay transparency principles is desirable.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys project-based work and wants to broaden their exposure across reward, HR operations and organisational change within a supportive environment.

Please note: We welcome applications from both experienced reward professionals and HR generalists who have gained exposure to compensation, benefits, salary reviews or reward-related projects and are looking to develop further in this space
