Description:

Elevation HR are working in partnership with one of our Engineering clients to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager.  This is a new role into the team and is an exciting time to join as the organisation is a on journey of transformation and therefore have a number of People related projects.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple HR projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong HR generalist and project management background , who can drive HR initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR projects including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and TUPE
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure all HR projects comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the rest of the HR and other departments to align projects with overall business goals.
What we are looking for:

Minimum of level 5 CIPD
Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong HR generalist background
Union experience would be ideal
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Proficiency in project management software and tools. eg PRINCE2Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
