Description:

Anderson Knight Recruitment are currently seeking a talented HR Manager to join our clients team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. This role will involve supporting our HR Business Partners with ongoing integration project work, as well as handling various day-to-day HR tasks across multiple business units.

Role Overview:

The HR Project Manager will play a key role in supporting with a specific integration project, working closely with a team of HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth consolidation of processes and procedures across the business. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR tasks and projects, demonstrating a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Headcount reviews and manage finance headcount tracking, including budget sheets.

* Coordinate uploads to ATS, allocating new FTC roles against permanent leavers.

* Compile and analyse data spreadsheets, role profiles, and business cases to support integration efforts.

* Handle employee relations cases as assigned by HR Business Partners.

* Review employee engagement survey results and implement action plans based on feedback.

* Address and resolve general HR queries related to HR processes and policies.

* Coordinate and follow up on actions from client working groups.

* Confirm leaver notifications and provide sign-off for HR Support team.

* Manage and oversee various HR activities such as employee relations, reporting and compliance.

* Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Support the integration project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, systems, and policies across the organisation.

* Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

* Serve as a point of contact for escalated HR issues, resolving conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

* Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to organisational change and mergers or acquisitions

* Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

* Excellent organisational and project management skills.

* Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management.

* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
